CLUSTERING AS A MODERN FORM OF CRUISE TOURISM ORGANIZATION IN UKRAINE

In article the cluster concept of development of the cruise tourism which purpose is increase of competitiveness of a cruise tourist product in the world market due to synergetic effect is considered. Fundamental components of the organization of a cruise cluster are given, key tasks, the principles and cluster functions are designated; basic conditions of its creation are defined and interrelations between its structural elements are revealed. The formalized model of a cruise cluster including a wide set of participants is presented: from the enterprises involved in development of the cruise industry, to scientific and educational structures. The attention is focused on involvement of the international cruise organizations for the joint solution of the problems interfering development of cruise tourism.
