THE COMMUNICATIVE TOLERANCE AS A SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL PHENOMENON

Аннотация


The article highlights issues connected with the urgent need for modern Russian education to be based on humanistic foundation and such principles as cooperation, competence, reciprocity, and the unity of emotional, rational and activity-oriented aspects aimed at the personal self-fulfillment. Being an important instrument in developing the personality, communicative tolerance is treated as an essential professional quality reflected in the personal capability to feel relieved in interpersonal communication, to recognize the other person’s difference, to accept the other person as a source of education and self-education.
