The article described the most important era of reform school education USA – era educational standards aimed at resolving the problem of low quality of education; describes the content of parent-teacher associations and interaction school, family and community in these standards. Analyzed the conditions of ensuring the of the school, family and community’ interaction as important participants in the educational process, which working to improve pupils achievement according to state standards.
